We woke up late but not really late. 8am ? 🙂 As usual, we ate breakfast first and took a bath. My friend prepared me hot water for bath because it’s really cold. Our first destination is in Baguio-Eco Park. We will go there thru jeepney. The fare is cheap (i mean, not really expensive, above 30 pesos) even though it’s a little bit farther in my friend’s house.
First selfie for the day 😀
Luckily, the jeepney driver gave us discounted tickets! It’s really big help 😀
Look, how thick that fog was. 😛 it’s like an effect on our photo.
If you’re fan of Jurassic park when you’re a child, you’ll enjoy this. Some of the dinosaurs is moving and you’ll hear them roar. We were shocked when they roar because it’s loud. 🙂 It’s a long trail and good thing that only few people went here.
I’m sorry , I forgot the price, but there is a website and it shows the rates of the park. 🙂
So our next destination is the holy land, just beside the dinosaur park. The place shows the stories in the bible, the 10 commandments and the stations of the cross. You’ll remember your Christian Living subject when you get here :p
Unfortunately, a week before we went here, there is a typhoon that visited Baguio! Some of the special effects in the area were damaged. 😦
It’s fun doing some post together with the statues. :p
Here are some of the stations of the cross. The employee here said that the peak month of the tourist is on April because of the holy week. There are lots of group of people that came from different provinces that visits and is having their field trip on the pilgrimage site.
After our baguio eco park tour, we went back to the city proper to have a meal in 50s Diner but unfortunately there are many people waiting in line. So we had to transfer on nearby restaurant.
I love foods in Baguio because it has large servings in one plate. Your 200 pesos is worthy! Thanks to the recommendation my friend.
The next destination is on the famous White House. Horror house! I find it scary and creepy because the place is so quiet. Unfortunately, we were unable to enter because it is temporarily close. 😦
The next destination is on Tam-awan Village. It shows the life, culture and arts in Baguio City and some of the provinces nearby.
We need to trek a little bit to go on the highest point of the park/museum. 🙂
You’ll love the place because of the pine trees’ smell fragrant and the ambiance is cold. 🙂
There is a art museum inside the village. You’ll be amazed with the different artworks shown here specially the uniqueness of the design and different materials used in painting/drawing. I am envy 🙂
I’m sorry we had to do this because we’re waiting for the night market 😛
Milktea break before going to the nightmarket.
This is my only picture of night market. I bought 2 cardigans and 1 dress. :p for 300 pesos all.
